This has been declared by Eng. Ahmed Ezz, President of the company, in a special statement to the Arab Steel magazine. Eng. Ezz expects that the company’s total production in 2006 will outpace 5.1 million tons of finished products, which constitutes an increase over the production level achieved in 2005 by about 600 thousand tons and more than one million tons over the production level of 2004.
